You can stay at Evergreen Transit hotel which is located at Terminal 2 Transit Hall 4th floor right side. As for other type of accommodation, you have to venture out of the airport and get into Taoyuan in order to get other type of accommodation. As for your layover, you can visit Aviation Museum at the airport fo 1 or 2 hours for an admission fee of NT$30 (US$1) or you can venture out to Taipei by taking the taxi for approx. NT$1,200 (US$40) for a ride to its city center. They are many places to visit and for it you can visit Taipei 101, Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall, Taipei Dicovery Center and World Trade Center Area for shopping before heading back to the airport for transit. You can also take a coach by Freego bus to ??? stop and walk to those destination. Ticket cost you only NT$140 (US$4.70) and its takes you 40 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic condition, which maybe more if congested at the interstate highway.
References :
It's in California, where there's lots of sunshine. Coupled with the dark contemporary set-up. Still, it's your baby, and should reflect this most important aspect. Why not try using your last name for it? :) Perhaps....The (your last name) International/ Intercontinental.
References :
Hi everyone,

I'm back from Taiwan and true to my word here is my assessment of the Gueylin Business Hotel. What a great place!

The juniour business suite (the cheapest room they offer) was really spacious, clean and a bargain for $NT1800. We ordered a taxi at 4.30am the next day for an early morning flight and it cost only $NT350 getting there and took about 15 minutes.

We weren't around long enough to sample the breakfast so we can't comment on that. But all in all, this hotel is PERFECT for an early flight from Taipei airport the next day.

Book online via their web site for best rates.

There is the Evergreen Transit Hotel for EVA and China Airlines Passengers at terminal 2 and the NEW City Suites near the Airport -Sorry No Website-Passed it last week going to the Airport.
References :
The 3 most luxurious islands are as follows

Hayman Island
Bedarra island
Lizard Island

Also there is a new resort that has just opened on Hamilton Island called Qualia This will probably be the most expensive out there at the moment. Hamilton Island would be the best place if you want activities. I have been to both Hamilton (Best facial in southern hemisphere in my opinion) and Hayman myself if you would like any more advice.

If you are not wanting to spend quite the amount of money for those places maybe try Dunk Island or as other people have suggested Brampton.

Definitly a beautiful place for a honeymoon, its where I intend to stay for mine, of course I need to find the man first.

Some of the islands have a reputation for being a little cheaper, I think Daydream and Brampton Island are cheaper while Hamiliton would be the dearer being the main island. I suggest visiting a travel agent to see what deal you can get.

Heres some links you might be interested in:

As pointed out be others, I would avoid Airlie Beach for your honeymoon.

Hope you have a great time, and congratulations on the wedding.
