Can you recommend a small boutique hotel in Paris that is clean, friendly and not too expensive?

My favorite little boutique in the Opera district is booked. IMy girls and I like small intimate boutique hotels and would appreciate suggestions. It is for Fashion Week.
The Hotel Lutetia is beautiful. You can get a room for about 180 euroes. It has some sister hotels as well. Check on the Concorde Hotels website. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive, but there are lots of cafes nearby. I love the little eclair/chocolate shop around the corner. Plus the Lutetia is just 2 blocks from the Bon Marche.

Since I don’t know your price range, a good site with many choices. http://www.parischarminghotels.net/
Here’s another interactive site with pictures

Hotel Nord Est in the 11th Arrondisment — quiet – reasonable & easy walk to the metro – no lift tho
